Deep Etched
Aluminum/Poly 3D Nameplates/Logos are a combination of .032 brushed
aluminum with a .030 poly coating. The EPoly is clear and is the part of
this substrate that is actually etched.

This combination of aluminum and etch poly renders a nameplate that looks
like aluminum but has the deep etch characteristics of zinc.
Normal etched aluminum nameplates have an etch depth of .005", Deep etched
aluminum from ID3 has an etch depth of .030" Copy can be recessed or raised.
Multiple colors in decorating are available in these nameplates.
Take a close look at the deep etched nameplate to the left. See the clear
sidewalls of the poly? Decoration is on the top surface. The aluminum is on
the bottom surface. Let your imagination run wild!
