excellent sources for short run as well as high volume products. The background or the copy can be etched and filled with color for contrast. Etched metal nameplates offer crisper detail than embossed or stamped. Etched zinc has the greatest etch depth, (.030" ). Stainless, aluminum and brass have an etch depth of .005" - .010" depending on the metal that you select.
